Description
Bright yellow and gold petals surround the brown the center of this sunflower…which is made from post-palette pieces…super-thick pieces of dried paint recycled from my palette. I spotted this flower growing from a seed dropped from my bird feeder and I knew I had to paint it right then!
This original acrylic post-palette impasto painting is on a 12” x 12” gallery-wrapped canvas that is 1.5” thick. Like all gallery-wrapped canvases, it can be framed, but the sides are all painted with a continuation of the scene, so it looks great on the wall without a frame (which means no added costs for you). It’s wired and ready to hang on your wall.
