When I saw this scene my friend Paul posted online, I fell in love and immediately got his permission to paint it! Dora Canal is the essence of a Florida waterway, and it is a precious resource here. The light was perfect, and the water had not even one ripple, so the reflection was amazing!
This acrylic impasto is highly textured and is painted on a 36” wide x 24” high x 1.5” gallery-wrapped canvas. I continued the scene around all sides so, while you could still frame it, there is no need for the added cost. It is wired and ready to hang.
